Chris Symeonides
Staff Attorney,
"Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Christopher moved to Salem with his family as a teenager and quickly fell in love with the area. After graduating from South Salem High School, Chris picked up a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from New York University School of Law. Chris then swiftly returned home to start his professional career, with a clerkship at the Oregon Supreme Court under Chief Justice Paul De Muniz. He then spent time working in legal aid with the De Muniz Legal Clinic, helping provide assistance to Oregonians with convictions as they navigated their way back into society. He spent the last few years operating a solo practice, focusing on Consumer Protection and Immigration law, while finding time to volunteer with the Legal Redress Committee of the local branch of the NAACP, and doing whatever he can to fight for justice for under-represented Oregonians. Chris is excited to join the team at the PDMC and looks forward to continuing the fight!"
