Your generosity can make a difference.
Your donation can help make an impact on the lives of our clients. Many of our clients could benefit from the most basic needs: food, clothing for job interviews and access to employment and housing resources as well as access to funding for diversion and parenting classes and immigration related services . We welcome monetary donations as well as volunteerism, non-perishable food items, toiletries, sleeping bags, and court and interview appropriate clothing.
The Public Defender of Marion County is a 501(c)(3) organization and all donations are tax deductible.
We are now accepting physical donations.
At PDMC, we wholeheartedly welcome physical donations because we believe that every contribution, no matter how big or small can make an enormous difference in the lives of those in need. By accepting donations of backpacks/bags, non-perishable food items, gently used men’s clothing (which is currently in high demand), women’s clothing, and camping supplies such as tents, blankets, and tarps, we’re able to provide essential resources and support to individuals facing hardship. Your donation can provide someone with not only tangible items but also hope, warmth, and the means to regain their dignity and security. Thank you for considering joining us in making a positive impact on our community.
